Biography

Becky Lynn Phillips, 64 of Checotah passed away on November 20th, 2022.

Becky was born on April 9th, 1958, to Harold and Reba Castleberry. Becky graduated from Muskogee high school and married the love of her life, Bill, in 1976. Bill and Becky moved to Checotah in 1979, where they worked and cared for their family. Becky was a very Christian, religious woman who put God above everything else. She loved serving at her church, helping with dinners, Operation Christmas Child, and anything they needed.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents Bill and Lenora Crenshaw, Hoover and Helen Castleberry; and Uncle Ronnie Crenshaw.

Becky is survived by her husband Bill Phillips; children Lindsey Davidson (Nathan) and Billie Glover both of Checotah; Brother Danny Castleberry of Broken Arrow, and sister by choice (Best Friend) Vicki Hamm of Checotah; grandchildren Taylor (Trent) Pollard, Emily Davidson, and Jake Davidson all of Claremore, Macee and Caden Glover both of Checotah; and great-grandchild Hadley Pollard of Claremore.

Visitation for Becky will be held Wednesday, November 23rd thru Friday, November 25th, 2022, from noon till 4:00 P.M. at Hunn Funeral Home 211 W. Okmulgee, Checotah, Ok.

Services will be held Saturday, November 26th, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the First Freewill Baptist Church 713 N. Broadway St., Checotah OK. Interment to follow at Triplett Cemetery,  116375-116453 S. 4246 Rd. Eufaula Oklahoma.

Pastor Mark Shores presiding.

Pallbearers: Bobby Frame, Jimmy Hamm, Gerald Horton, Steve Spears, Paul Stoy, and Tommy Wiley.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jerry Frederick, Jay Phillips, Jerry Phillips, Terry Phillips.

Services are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services of Sallisaw OK.
