Kelli Jo Billings, 58, of Cookson, OK, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022.
She was born on March 7, 1964, in Colorado Springs, CO, to John and Verna Billings.
Kelli was a cosmetologist, better known as a “Hair Doer”, a Dog Groomer, and a Walmart Associate.
Survivors include her husband, Ken Feltner; children, Jessica Crum of Fort Smith, AR, and Crystal Wein of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Autumn Huntington, Erica Huntington, and Skylar Mara.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Verna Billings.

So sorry to hear that Kelli passed away. She was intelligent and always a good worker. I am glad that we got to see her a few extra times even when she was in her final weeks of life. Her husband and daughter brought her in to the Tahlequah store, so we could all see her and say hello. We will all miss her, but we know she is no longer suffering. I pray that her husband and children will have comfort in their memories.
I love you mom! You were and always will be my queen! You were the only person in my life who never gave up on me. You were the strongest woman I ever knew!! Fly high momma and rest in peace!
