Marion Lee Tucker Jr. “Moe” was born in Chicago, IL on August 31, 1958 to Edna Mae Tucker and Marion Lee Tucker Sr.
Moe joined the Marine Corps in 1976 and served until being honorably discharged in 1979. During his time in active duty, he received multiple awards, such as the Battle Efficiency Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and Rifle Marksman Badge. Moe was a hardworking son, father, and uncle who will be missed dearly.
Moe is survived by his mother, Edna Tucker of Vian, OK; daughters Kennita Myles of Chicago, IL, Ashley and Lindsey Tucker of Chicago, IL; Khaneshia Doss of Sallisaw, OK; and son Shaquille Tucker of Sallisaw, OK. Sisters Bernita Tucker and Ellen Ash of Vian, OK, and Renita Burley of Chicago, IL, brother Charles “Chuckie” Tucker of Chicago, IL, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews are also surviving.
He is preceded in death by his father, Marion Lee Tucker Sr.; brothers, William Mitchell, Jerry Mitchell, and Albert Kilpatrick; sisters, Diana Bond, Rikki Tucker, and Barbara Travis; extended family members, Gary Mitchell and Ebony Mitchell.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
The funeral service will be at 11:00, Friday, August 16, 2024, at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church, with Pastor James Jones officiating.
Burial will follow with honors at the Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Casket bearers are Shaquille Tucker, Kaleb Guidry, Phillip Kilpatrick, Marquis Holmes Jr, Christopher “Weeze” Thompson, and Ta’Shard Holden.
Honorary pallbearers are Marquise Holmes Sr. and Charles “Chuckie” Tucker.
He will be missed 😢 He’s pain free!!
I will miss him coming into the store here at Gans Git n Go, when he seen me he’d yell “Indian!!” Rest in Peace Moe!!
I’m so glad that I got to take care of him while he was at Fianna. He was a joy to be around. Definitely always had us laughing. He always knew how to make someone smile. He will definitely be missed. Prayers go out to the family.

When we would see each other I would say Marion Tucker junior looking mother …… N he (Moe) would say Renita Burley looking mother…… Then we would hug them there goes the popping of the cold ones.You will Forever be iny heart get your rest Soldier.
