Bertha Lolabelle Byrd

Bertha Lolabelle Byrd, 87, Passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Ft Smith, AR. She was born on Sept 16, 1931 in Sequoyah County, OK to Fred and Fannie Wilkey. Bertha was self employed and was of the Assembly of God faith. Survivors include; 3 daughters, Betty Brenneman of Nicut, Kathy Rozzlle, of Roland, Mary Neighbors and husband Joe; 2 sons, Robert Spoon and his wife Sandy of Roland, and Mike Spoon and Norman of Nicut; 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Jess Byrd; sister, Opal Ball; Son, Danny Spoon; and a great grandson, Chase Carver. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 5-8pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Service, 46355 Hwy 101, Sallisaw. Private memorial services will be held by the family at a later date.The family of Mrs. Byrd has entrusted the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw with the funeral arrangements.
