Therese Ann Saez

Therese Ann Saez of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away in Houston, Texas, on March 18, 2025. Born on April 8, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio, Therese touched the lives of many with her true giving spirit and warm smile that could light up any room. Her commitment to helping others was evident both in her professional career and her personal life, where she valued the rich friendships she fostered, including a close bond with her cousin, Mary McGregor.

Therese earned her High School Diploma, which laid the foundation for a dedicated career in the bail bonds industry. She was known for her unwavering support to those in need.

Outside of her professional life, Therese cherished time spent with her grandchildren—Emily, Ethan, Ella, Justice, Liberty, Colton, Adalyn, and Braelyn—who were her greatest joys. She also enjoyed the companionship of her fur baby, Lucy, and had a passion for attending concerts, allowing her to enjoy music and community.

Therese is survived by her husband, Richard Saez; daughter, Nicole Peppers and son-in-law, Cory Peppers; sons, Christopher Thomas O'Leary and James Michael O'Leary and Wife Casey; One brother; Tommy Benitscheck, sisters, Jennifer Taylor and husband Michael, Christina Hobgood, and Heather Glenn; mother, Janice Benitscheck; mother-in-law, Rose Maruno; brothers-in-law, Mike Taylor and Earnest Saez; sister-in-law, Lisa Marie Cardona; and several nieces and nephews, including Shane Flashner, Gabrial Taylor, Jet Taylor, Elysha Rose Moses, and Asia Marie Cardona.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Joseph Benitscheck.

Therese's life was a remarkable example of kindness and dedication, qualities that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held for Therese in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw Oklahoma, on Wednesday April 02, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

The family has entrusted the arrangements to Forever Memories Funeral Services INC.
