Willard Leslie Real, 67, of Sallisaw passed from this life on Monday, April 20, 2020 in the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System Hospital, Muskogee. Willard was born on Nov 14, 1952 in Milton, OK to Allen and Ocie (Vincent) Real. After serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, he worked as a carpenter in all facets of construction. He married the former Debborrah Sue Tinney on April 11, 1974. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a true working man. Spending time around his house, he loved working his garden.He is survived by his wife, Debborrah; children, Leslie Tinney Real, Ronney and Kim Real, Mark Real, Annjala Real, Garey Real and Nancy Fletcher; grandchildren, Zanndria Real, Kashus Ledbetter and Kasiyah Mathis, Yasha Ledbetter, Tyler Mathis, Cade Real, Katie Real, Junie Real, Creedence Wooten, and Xavier Tinney; brothers, Stanley Real and Walter Real; sisters, Lois Walden, Milly Real, Janice Simpson, Helen Ford, and Janie Williamson. Willard was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Howard Real and Allen Real; and sister, Linda C. Moore.Visitation for Willard Real will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 from 10 am to 1:00 pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel, Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK. Graveside services will be held Thursday afternoon, April 23, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Akins Cemetery. Kevin Harvell will officiate services.The Real family thanks everyone for observing the CDC guidelines concerning gathering and social distancing during the visitation and graveside service.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw.
