Biography

Thomas Collins Jones Jr., of Sallisaw, passed this life on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa at the age of 58. He was born March 2, 1960 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Thomas and Wilma Joann Pitts Jones Sr. Mr. Jones enjoyed camping and boating with friends and family.Thomas is survived by his mother of the home; two sisters, Nancy Jones and Barbara Osmon of Sallisaw; three brothers, Donald and George Jones of Sallisaw, Jacky Jones of Muldrow; fourteen nieces and nephews and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.He was preceded in death by his father in 2003 and an infant brother, Tony Kirk Jones, in 1962. Visitation for Thomas will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 4-7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw. Funeral Services for Mr. Jones will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 9 am in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at the Copeland Cemetery, Sallisaw. Pastor Phil Waitie from Pine Tree Church will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Donald Jones, Jacky Jones, David Belknap, Eric Vinson, J.R. Bowles, Jordan Osmon. Honorary pallbearers are George Jones, Roger Petree, Martin Morris, Dione Bird, Timmy Pigeon, Dakota Pigeon. The Jones family has entrusted the Forever Memories Funeral Service with the arrangements

  1. Thomas was a great guy. Every time I seen him he was always nice and had a big smile. He never failed to shake my hand and said good to see ya Ronnie. RIP my freind
