Jesse Wayne Hixon- a brilliant, hardworking, selfless husband, dad, businessman, uncle, brother, nephew and friend- died Wednesday, August 4, 2021 as a result of a car accident in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the age of 34.

Jesse was born October 11, 1986, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Sheenah Howell-Johnson and Joey Hixon. Jesse was known to be a little “rough around the edges”, but full of love. He will be remembered for his compassion for others and his willingness to help anyone, even strangers. Earth’s loss is most certainly Heaven’s gain. He will be loved and missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; and one brother, Joseph Hixon

Survivors include his wife, Shayla Hixon; 8 children, Cody Hixon, Cameron Hixon, Sheyanne Hixon, Tristen Hixon, Josiah Hixon, Calie Hixon, Harley Hixon and Easton Hixon; One sister, Bethany Howell; brother, Casey Davis; stepfather, Joe A. Johnson

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Aug 10, 2021, in the Brent Cemetery at 3:00 pm, officiated by Heath Wood. His final resting place will be in the Brent Cemetery immediately following services.

Active pallbearers are Cameron Hixon, Michael Lindsey, Adam Morgan, Joshua Smith, Dustin Howell, Justin Seawright, Ross Stedman and Brandon Evans.

Honorary pallbearers are Cody Hixon and James Bostich
