Jason Lee Smith, 45, passed this life on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at his residence in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Jason was born June 6, 1972 in Lindsay, California to Royce and Kathleen (Fraley) Smith. He was a maintenance supervisor with Schwann Manufacturing and was also a team roper.Jason is survived by his wife, Victoria; children, Aspen Smith, Brenna Smith, Chelsea Zotter, Courtney Galvan, Ryan Galvan; mother, Kathy Stone; father Royce Smith and his wife, Linda Smith; brothers, Chris Smith and his wife, Sherry and Catlen Sanders; sister, Ashley Sanders; best friends, Darrell and Laura Watson and Jim and Angela Ellis; his dog Sam, pappy to Boog; and his cat Smoky.He was preceded in death by his beloved horse, Bart.Visitation for Jason will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 4pm to 7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of the Forever Memories Funeral Service in Sallisaw. Funeral services will be on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, with Brother Heath Wood officiating. Pallbearers are Darrell Watson, Jim Ellis, Jake Lennington, Dalton Fargo, C.G. Fatheree, and Kevin Fleig. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Smith, Catlen Sanders, Brandon Bishop, Jack Faulkner, Heath Philpot, Zach Philpot, Kenny Hixson and Doug Harvell. Interment will follow in the Maple Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma.Services are entrusted to and under the direction of the Forever Memories Funeral Service, Sallisaw

  4. I’m so sorry to hear of Jason’s passing. I haven’t seen him in many years but he was a good little step brother. I know he will be missed by many. It was definitely a good guy. My condolences to the entire family.
