Biography

Cody Dean Bryant, 26, of Muldrow, OK, passed away on February 9, 2022.

Cody was born on May 16, 1995, in Tahlequah, OK, to Monty and Sharon Bryant.

Some of his hobbies included fishing, pitching horseshoes, cooking out, and being “Uncle Cody” to River, Clover, Kyelea, Katina, and Jerek. He played ball with the kids and anything else that they could get him to do. Cody had a lot of friends and family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was always smiling, especially when he wanted to misbehave, and that happened a lot. He was always playing jokes on his friends, goofing off, and making people laugh. That was Cody, and his smile will always be remembered. This is not goodbye; this is just until we meet again.

Survivors include his parents, Monty and Sharon Bryant of Nicut, OK, and siblings, Garrett Wade Bryant of Nicut, OK, and Renata Dawn Coleman of Fort Smith, AR.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Melvin and Bernice Bryant, Sara Jane Teehee; uncle, Henery Coleman; aunts, Shirlene Vann, Nancy Marie Soap; cousin, Joyce Eagle, and special cousin, Valerie Eagle-Williams.

This is a guy that is unforgettable. I was privileged to know Cody. I remember all the craziness and laughter that followed this guy. I’ll never forget Mr. Cody Bryant. It’s not goodbye but rather until we see you again. My thoughts and prayers are with his family Monty,Sharon,Garrett,Renetta, and other relatives and friends. May God give you all the comfort and peace to get through this heartbreak.

I’m glad we became close and created the memories we did, you definently were a light in the dark for a bunch of people including myself, no matter if things looked up or not you always made the best out of it or tried to lighten the mood.
