Madison Marie Bassett

Madison Marie Bassett, 30, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2025, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Jerry Dean Pratt and Shannan Christie Bassett on October 08, 1994. Madison was raised in the Muldrow, Oklahoma area. She was a stay-at-home mom and loved spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies were anything involving hair and make-up and keeping up with the latest styles and fashion.

 Madison is survived by her parents; her husband, Joseph Marshall; her children, Mileigh Brunk, James Brunk, Mila Marshall, and Tylee Marshall; her brother, James Pratt; and sister, Kylie Pratt; her aunt Morgan Bassett and her grandfather, Mike Earl Bassett. 

Madison is preceded in death by her grandfather, James Pratt, grandmother, Judy Limore, uncle, Shon Bassett, and grandmother, Vickie Bassett. 

Visitation for Madison will be on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Graveside Service will be Monday, February 17, 2025, at 2 pm at Black Jack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma. The Pallbearers are Matthew Jacobs, James Pratt, Devin Kutil, Mason Jordan, Kyle Riddle, and Bo Dowdy. The honorary pallbearer is Christy Schmidt. Minister Prentiss Peters with Straight Street Ministries will be officiating. 

Madison’s final resting place will be at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma.  The family of Madison Bassett has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc., Sallisaw, Oklahoma. (918) 775-2222
