Viola Mae Sutton, 75, of Muldrow, OK, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022.
She was born on September 19, 1946, in Sallisaw, OK, to Annie Moore (Roberts) and Gregory Moore.
Viola was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, listening to music, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gregory and Marie Moore; husband, Doug Sutton, and sister, Freda Osborn.
Survivors include her children, Dena and Jason Billington of Alma, AR, and Chad and Jennifer Sutton of Muldrow, OK; siblings, Wyota “Sis” Maxwell of Arkoma, OK, Dean and Sam Moore of Sallisaw, OK, Elaine and Jackie Wheeler of Muldrow, OK, Randy and Heather Moore of Muldrow, OK; grandchildren, Landon Sutton of Muldrow, OK, Reid Sutton of Muldrow, OK, and Katie Billington of Alma, AR.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, from 12-8 PM in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK. The family will be present to receive friends from 5-8 PM.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 10 AM, under the pavilion at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, OK, with Pastor Shawn Money officiating.
Casket bearers will be Landon Sutton, Reid Sutton, Robert Don Maxwell, Stacy Farney, Roger McAlister, and Michael Sharp.
