Troy Leon Flinn passed this life on Sunday, October 1, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on January 4, 1951 in Carnagie, Oklahoma to Troy and Betty Lou (Williams) Flinn. He leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Reba Flinn; son, Johnny Flinn; sister and brother in law, Brenda and Jay Hutchinson; brothers and sisters: Judy and Charlie Christin, Saundra Hollis, Shirley Spencer, Gary Spencer, and Steven Spencer; 5 grandchildren: 2 great-grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Flinn and his step-father, Robert Spencer; brother, David Flinn; and son, Gregory Flinn.Private family services for Troy will be held a later date.The family has entrusted the care of Troy with the Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, 0klahoma 918-775-2222

  1. So sorry for your loss. I only knew Mr. Flinn for a short time while he was on probation. He was a fighter and even though his health was failing he still did everything he could to be in compliance with his probation requirements. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.   3. Papa you will be miss. Never though you will leave us so soon. The last four months that spend going back and forward taken you to the hospital. I will never regret because I found a good friend in you. I can still see you smiling making jokes. Driving to okc every week to spend time with you. Those memories will last forever. You are now with my heavenly father.. Fort sill veteran soldiers for life.
