Suzanne (Susie) O’Brien Lane of Vian, OK passed away on February 21st, 2020 in Fort Smith Arkansas. Susie was born November 18th 1947 in Oklahoma City Ok to Harold and Helen O’Brien and was the youngest of 9 kids.Susie is survived by her son Larry Jr and LaLinda Lane of Vian and Chad and Kayla Lane of Tulsa. Eight Grandchildren- Roger, Courtney, Lauralee, Braylon, Katie, Parker, Penley, and Porter. And four Great grandchildren- Rylan, Adalynn, Wyatt and Kayven. Two brothers, Eddie O’Brien of Guthrie, Ok, and Harold O’Brien of Houston, Tx, and two sisters Ellen Bunyard of Norman, Ok and MaryAnne Dinsmore of Kent, Washington.Susie was a devoted mom, grandma, aunt, and friend. In retirement she stayed active and loved her church family at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vian. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially her good friend and companion, Jeff Tomlin of Vian. A memorial service will be held at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Vian. On Saturday, February 29th at 11am. There will be a meal for family and friends after the service in the fellowship building. Arrangements are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw.
