Steven Floyd Smith, 56, of Sallisaw, passed away on January 3, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born on August 17, 1960 in Willcox, AZ to John Cleveland and Joyce (Boyd) Smith.Steven was preceded in death by his parents; John Smith and Joyce Patterson, grandparents; Floyd and Mae Smith, Floyd and Mildred Boyd and his girlfriend-Debra Payton.Steven is survived by his son-Shane Smith, Awesome Step-Mom- Emma Smith, 1 Sister- Cheri Teague, 3 Brothers; Sean Smith, Tony Harp and Shannon Smith. Granddaughter-Karsyn Smith and a special granddaughter-Brittany Daponte.Steven will be laid to rest at a later date in the Sallisaw City Cemetery.

  17. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you dad! We were starting to get close and build our relationship not only with me but your grand-daughter as well, she sure did love her poppa I wish you were still here so you could see her grow up. But at least I know your watching over her smiling down watching how rotten she’s become. I love you dad and hope to see you again one day ( RIP) WE LOVE AND MISS YOU!!!
