Biography

Robert “Bob” Edward Harris, 49, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on April 16, 2024. Bob was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, to Robert Edward Harris and Dorothy Harris (Snow) on July 05, 1974. He was a 1992 Sallisaw High School Graduate. He was currently a cash specialist at Shared Services, but most remember and love Bob from his time at our local Mazzio’s and The Fried Pie, of which he and his wife are proud owners. He had a tender and caring heart, and even when he felt his worst, he wanted to make sure others were laughing and smiling. He was a loving and devoted husband to Amy of over 20 years and a proud father to their son, Ean. Bob never met a stranger, he was friendly and compassionate to everyone. Bob had a tenacious personality and was your friend when you felt you had none. He worked hard, and he loved harder. He will be dearly missed.

Robert is survived by his wife, Amy; their son Ean; his sister, Erica Snow; his nieces, nephews, and cousins; and dear family friends.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, his paternal grandparents, Ray and Martha Harris, and maternal grandparents, Bill and Vivian Snow.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The family will greet from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Following the service, Amy and Ean, invite family and friends to join them in continued celebration of Bob’s life at Sallisaw Mazzio’s.

The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Forever Memories Funeral Services, INC, Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
