Biography

Mary “Susie” Evelyn England, 69, of Sallisaw, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Susie was born May 6, 1953, at Fort Sill Army base in Lawton, Oklahoma, to parents Richard Harris and Carlene Puffer.
Susie moved to Sallisaw with her grandparents until her momma moved here in 1966. She loved her family and grandchildren very much, but her great-grandchildren were her world.

Susie was preceded in death by her parents; Grandparents Minnie and Otto Hanna; sister Barbara Pearson; and brother Carl Harris.

Survivors include her husband William ” Wigg” England; children Anthony and wife Carrie England of Vian, Pam and husband Son Bolin of Sallisaw; grandchildren Malarie and Jesse Fair, Joehanna Morris, Jaden and Wesley Sevenstar, Kyle and Laura England, Joshua Bolin; great-grandchildren Kaysen and Kodie Sevenstar, Archer England, and Paxton Ledbetter.

Viewing for Susie will be from 4 to 8 PM, Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101 Sallisaw, OK.

Funeral services will be at 11:00, Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Forever Memories Funeral Services, Sallisaw, OK.

Interment to follow at Akins Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kyle England, Wesley Sevenstar, Joshua Bolin, Jesse Fair, Chase Walden, and Aubrey Henshaw IV.
Honorary pallbearers are Son Bolin and Levi Goodson.
Services are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services of Sallisaw, OK.
