Margie Ann Hayes went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 29th 2020 at the age of 70. Margie was born to Fred and Lennie (Tipton) Clyma December 3rd 1949, in Keota, Oklahoma. Margie was a cosmetologist in Sallisaw, Oklahoma until she retired. She was a devoted mother and wife and raised her two grandchildren until her passing. She loved spending time with family and playing games.She is survived by her loving husband G.I. Hayes of 53 years. Two daughters Terri Kennedy-Hayes and son in law Scott Underwood of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Chrissy Hayes of Indio California. Her son Glenn Hayes and daughter in law Dianna Hayes of Fort Smith, Arkansas and family friend Paula Wadman of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Her sisters Vivian Brown, Virginia Sasser, Janice Clyma Douglas, and brother Charles Clyma. She has several grandchildren including Kaylee Smith, Mikaya Jeremiah, DJ and Amanda Burgess, Kyle Underwood, Josh Burgess, Easton Hayes, Matthew Rundell. Several great grandchildren, Talia Thomas, Mason Burgess, Mila Thomas, Mya Burgess, Scarlet Underwood, and many nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Clyma (Tipton) Lennie, daughter Christina Rebecca (Tina) Hayes, brothers Kenneth Clyma, Elmer Ray Clyma, and sisters Pauline Palmer, Julie May Clyma (infant), and Lois Comacho. There will be a graveside celebration of Margie’s life on Thursday, April 2nd at 11:00 am at Keota, Oklahoma Cemetery. There will be no seating and will practice social distancing due to current circumstances. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Service, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, OK.
