Biography

Linda Faye Allen, 64, of Muldrow, OK, passed away on Thursday, September 29th, 2022, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She was born on February 4th, 1958, in Rosewell, New Mexico, to Donald F. Carter and Wanda Morris.

Linda married her husband Rodney Allen on December 16th, 1978. She loved animals, cooking, sewing, baking, fishing, animals, painting, crocheting, canning, and gardening. She was a member of Maple Baptist Freewill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Shelton; father, Donald Carter; and sister, Brenda Wigert.

Survivors include her husband, Rodney Allen of the home; children, Jason and Melinda Looper of Muldrow, OK, Tina and Tommy Hill of Muldrow, OK, R.D. and Lena Allen of Muldrow, OK, Clifton and Chrissy Looper of Sallisaw, OK; siblings, Nancy Shine of FL, Carla Anderson of WI, Mary Wigert of Fort Smith, AR; grandchildren, Bobbie Looper, Alex Allen, Elizabeth Allen, Hunter Bias, Mahayla Hill, Jason Looper, Chris Hill, Jordan Hill, Carrie Looper, Savannah Gray, Matt Hill, and Brittani Tate.

A visitation for Linda will be held on Friday, October 7th, 2022, from 5-8 P.M. in the chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 8th, 2022, at 10 A.M. at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, OK.

Casket bearers are Jason Looper, R.D. Allen, Tommy Hill, Chris Hill, Jordan Hill, and Hunter Bias.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services.
