Biography

Emberley Ann Madison passed away on September 16, 2022.

She was born at 5:20 A.M. on August 24, 2022, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Kaley Madison (Hoover) and Kody Madison.

Emberley was perfect and precious in every way. She would melt your heart with her big smile. Although she was taken way too soon, her mother and father are thankful for the amazing 3 weeks God let them have with her. She will forever be loved and missed.

She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Helen Carter, and Grandma Madison; aunt, Cheryl Ann Elkins; great-great-grandparents, Eunice and Lawrence; great-grandparents, Clyde and Jean; baby cousin, Liam Lyon; aunt, Chelsey Sizemore, and Papaw Watie.

Survivors include her loving parents, Kody and Kaley Madison; siblings, Karter Madison and Oaklee Madison; great-grandparents, Kay and Edward Madison, Judy Bolin, Jerry and Jan Chance; grandparents, Danny Hoover, Marlo Harbour, Tammy and Chris Tankersley, Danny Hoover Sr and Teresa Ann Hoover; aunts and uncles, Kyle Madison and his 3 children, Kaydee Madison and her 5 children, Uncle Chance, Uncle Breydon, Aunt Tonya, Uncle Michael, Aunt Jerri, and several other relatives.

A visitation for Emberley will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 5-8 P.M. in the Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 10 A.M. in the Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services in Sallisaw, OK, with Vance Mooney officiating.

Burial will follow at Long Cemetery in Muldrow, OK.

Casket bearers are Kyle Madison and Chance Hoover.

Honorary bearers are Edward Madison and Danny Hoover.
