  1. Our hearts go out to the family. Bills contagious smile and easy going attitude was so refreshing. We feel fortunate to have had the pleasure of being his friends.

  2. Gonna miss you Pard. You and the part of America and the cowboy culture you represent. We all know that like much of America, the cowboy is riding off into the sunset…and now you have ridden off. Hope there’s a good horse, a guitar and some cattle up there. You ain’t gone, you’ve just moved up the trail. Your spirit survives and I’ll be reminded every time I see another cowboy, hear one of them Bill type jokes or the strings of a guitar playing cowboy songs. Adios, Pard.

  3. I am so saddened by Bill’s death. He was such a delight and such a good man, and I always felt happy just to be around him. I know he will be missed by everyone, and my heart goes out to all of the family. God bless all of you.

  4. I’m sorry I could not make it to the service of my nephew Billy and I know hes in good hands now and his music will play on for ever
