Alice Louise Ollis, 81, passed this life on November 21, 2017 in the Sparks Hospital, Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on August 23, 1936 in Gans, Oklahoma to Lillie (Martin) and William D. England. Alice was a member of The Assembly of God Church in Gans, Oklahoma. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Barnett of Spiro, Oklahoma, Judy McGlothlin of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Marilyn Dungan of Gans, Oklahoma, and son, John Ollis of Florida; brothers, Arkie England, Boots England, Wig England; sisters, Sue Turner, Sissy Groves; grandchildren, Brian Barnett, Tiffany Fox, Michael McGlothlin, Chris Dungan, Lindsey Keeney; and 5 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and four brothers, Buck, Pete, Okie, and Cotton England Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 24th from 5-7pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw, Oklahoma.Funeral services for Mrs. Ollis will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Assembly of God Church, Gans, Oklahoma with Rev. Harold McKeehan officiating. Interment will follow in the Peters Cemetery, Sallisaw, Oklahoma.The Ollis family has entrusted Forever Memories Funeral Services, Sallisaw, with the funeral arrangements.

  2. Sorry to hear about Mrs. Ollis she was a fine lady and very sweet. I didn’t know her very long..but it was a priveledge to take care of her..my prayers are with you in your time of grief..

  3. our prayers and hearts are with my family right now. I wish we could be there for the service. I don’t recall ever seeing my grandma upset or ever hearing he say one bad word. She had a heart full of love! I remember going there as a child and always feeling welcome and loved. I know heaven is rejoicing to have her home. Garett and I love you all and although we are not there physically, our hearts are with you.
